Please read this refund policy carefully. It pertains to the purchase of digital indicators, software licenses, and subscription services provided by Fund Option.
1. Digital Products
Our indicators are digital goods. Once you purchase and receive the access link/invite code for TradingView, the product is considered "delivered". Because digital goods cannot be "returned" like physical items, we do not offer refunds after delivery.
2. Free Trial / Demo
To ensure our product meets your needs before purchasing, we encourage you to:
- Watch our live result videos.
- Request a free demo (if available) to test the indicator on a demo account.
- Read the reviews and testimonials.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the product.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the rare event of a technical issue that prevents the product from working entirely, and the issue cannot be resolved by our technical support team within 7 days. This does not include:
- User error or lack of understanding of how to use TradingView.
- Disappointment with trading results (Trading involves risk).
- Change of mind.
4. Subscription Cancellations
For monthly or yearly subscription plans, you can cancel the recurring billing at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
